We stay firmly behind the quality of our products. If it turns out that the item that you have received has some defects or was damaged during transportation, please contact us within 5 business days for exchange or replacement.

receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is final sale. Exchanges for different sizes are not accepted either.

ELBISNY.COM will not accept packages that are shipped back without preapproval from us.

Order Cancellation before shipping:

If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund for ready to ship dresses ( not applicable on Pre-order dresses).
